The Palace
Sun City originally developed by the father of inclusive luxury resorts – Sol ( the sun king) Kersner is on a scale like no other. With four luxury hotels, two golf courses, a large casino and entertainment center, parks, lakes and a fabulous water world. The resort is situated by the Pilansburg Game Reserve which is ideal of a big five animal safari and is the site of an old volcanoes. It is the home of the million dollar golf tournament, Africas major. Visitors are assured of many days of fun in the sun enjoying the many activities available.
Conference facilities are extensive and functions of any size can be hosted here.

Sun City has a year-round temperate climate. 8 hours of sunshine and 12 hours of daylight. Summer is characterised by long, hot days that can reach 32°C (90°F) with afternoon thunderstorms and balmy evenings. Winter is dry and cooler, with very cold nights that can drop as low as 3°C (37°F).
From September to Febuary you can expect day time highs of 27°C (80.6°F)
The Cooler Months - April through August generally temperatures hover at a comfortable 20°C (68°F) during the day and chilly at night
Your passport must be valid for at least 30 days beyond the period of intended stay. An onward or return ticket is required, as well as sufficient funds and documents needed for further travel. Note that visitors to South Africa must have at least three blank (unstamped) pages in their passport, each time entry is sought; these pages are in addition to the endorsement/amendment pages at the back of the passport.
Travellers arriving in South Africa from infected areas require a yellow fever vaccination certificate; otherwise no vaccination is required. There is a malaria risk in the following areas; low-lying areas of the Northern Province and Mpumalanga (including the Kruger National Park) and north-eastern KwaZulu-Natal, and precautions are advised when travelling to these areas. Tap water is safe in urban areas but bottled water is advisable elsewhere. Medical facilities in South Africa are very good, but medical insurance is strongly advised as private hospitals expect payment up front and public hospitals are best avoided.
Drive on the left and give way to traffic approaching from the right. The general speed limit is 120km/h on open roads and 60km/h in urban areas. Public transportation is available by taxi, busses in some areas and UBER.
